Terms for using Tiny Desk AI, submitting photos, reviewing generated videos and contacting support.

The service
Tiny Desk AI provides a portrait-to-video workflow for an AI-generated desk-side performance. The generator shows current availability and the options supported for a task. Use the visible sample and output details to decide whether the offered performance suits your purpose.
AI generation can change facial details, expressions, movement and audio. Review the completed video before sharing it, and identify it as an AI-generated performance. Do not present it as a real recording or endorsement by the person pictured.
Accounts and portraits
You must be at least 18 to use this service. Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in details private.
Use your own portrait or a portrait of an adult who has agreed to the proposed AI performance. You must have permission to use the material you submit. Selecting a photo for a local preview does not give anyone else permission to use it.
You retain your rights in your inputs and permit the processing needed to fulfill your request. The privacy policy explains how portraits, task information and support requests are handled.
Availability, prices and payments
The generator and pricing page show current availability. A one-time purchase costs $9.90 USD and provides one credit for one video. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. PayPal processes checkout, and the amount and currency are shown before you pay.
Task status, cancellation and payment questions
Check My Videos for the status of a submitted task before starting another request. A queued or processing task has not yet produced a downloadable result. Follow the actions offered for that task; availability of cancellation or retry depends on its current state.
Confirmed failed tasks return the credits reserved for generation. A credit return restores your account balance; cash refund requests are handled through support.
For a missing result, a failed task, a payment question or a refund request, contact sunxiangce@gmail.com with the account email, task ID and any relevant payment reference. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
Content and sharing
Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, fabricated evidence, false endorsements, harassment, sexual exploitation or other unlawful content. Do not submit material that infringes another person's privacy, likeness or intellectual property rights, or try to bypass account access controls.
AI output may contain errors or resemble other material. Review it and confirm that you have the permissions needed for how you plan to share it, including any music or other material you add afterwards. The service does not grant rights to third-party recordings, brands or likenesses.
We may reject a request or restrict access when needed to investigate misuse, a rights complaint or a material breach of these terms. For a content report, include the task ID or public page address and explain the issue.
