First, open My Videos in the account used for the task. Check whether it is queued, processing, completed or failed before submitting the same request again.
In your message, include the task ID, the status you see and what happened. For playback or download problems, tell us your browser and device.
A Payment Question
For help with a purchase, include the order reference and date on your receipt. If video generation fails, the video credit returns to your account. Keep passwords and full payment-card details out of your message.
